Giuseppe (Joe) Labianca, Gatton Chaired Professor of Management, has been named a co-editor for the Department of Theories in Decision Making of Decision Sciences.
Allan Chen, Interim Associate Dean for Research, Professor, Gatton Endowed Chair in Marketing, has been named a co-editor for the Department of Marketing with OM or IS Interface of Decision Sciences.
Current working professional and alum of the Professional MBA program at the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics, Nicole Bianco, is starting her own online nutrition coaching service. As a registered dietitian and nutritionist, Nicole is motivated by improving athletic performance through the empowerment of elite athletes with evidence-based, nutrition-related tools and practices.

The Lexington-Fayette County Board of Health has elected University of Kentucky MBA alum Michael Friesen as chair for the 2020-21 fiscal year effective July 1.

Vishnu currently serves as Senior Manager, Product Lifecycle Strategy and Marketing at Nissan, and has had a very successful career in the automotive industry.

I was privileged to work with Associate Deans who cared so deeply about the program and taught me so much about navigating the maze called higher education. Summer is a popular time for students to participate in internships to gain real-world experience to add to their resumes. The pandemic has caused employers to move their internships online, cut their programs short, or cancel internships altogether. This has left many Gatton students with their summer plans not coming to fruition.
