The Von Allmen Center for Entrepreneurship announced that their Fall 2021 Entrepreneurs Bootcamp will be offered from 5-7 p.m., EST on both Monday and Thursday evenings. Monday night sessions begin August 30, and Thursday sessions begin September 2.
Entrepreneur’s Bootcamp is a one-semester program designed to assess and validate the feasibility of a business concept, create a business model and provide hands-on experience with real-world projects. The Entrepreneurs Bootcamp is open to those interested in immersive learning and features programming created to foster collaboration among UK students, faculty, clinicians, postdocs, and community mentors.
“We are very excited to be able to offer additional opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs to take advantage of the Bootcamp program,” said VACE Director Warren Nash, adding that fall programming is anticipated to take place in a hybrid learning environment, offering both virtual in-person options.
The Bootcamp program is free for any entrepreneur in Kentucky, including students, staff, faculty, and community members. Current UK students can receive academic credit (tuition rates apply).
Applications are open from May 17-August 31. Visit www.vace.uky.edu or contact Warren Nash at warren.nash@uky.edu for more information.
