Thomas Ahn, assistant professor in the Department of Economics in the Gatton College of Business and Economics was interviewed by National Public Radio this morning about the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act, also called No Child Left Behind (NCLB).
Ahn co-authored a report in 2009 titled "Does NCLB Have Teeth? Examining the Impact of Federal Accountability Sanctions in North Carolina.”
