The University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics welcomed 71 new students into the One Year MBA program in early June. After completing their 3-day Orientation, which included Alumni speakers, team-building exercises and program expectations, the students now embark on a year-long, accelerated experience until May of 2018. "We are excited about this new group of students joining our MBA program. With the diversity of majors, backgrounds, professional experiences and other accolades, we are eager to witness all the accomplishments of this class throughout the year," said Christopher Carney, Director of MBA Recruitment at the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics. The One Year MBA program now offers a more "customized" MBA experience with new elective course options to choose from this year along with the different certification programs, team competitions, networking events and the built-in internship program called Project Connect. In addition, the students throughout the year will interact and build relationships with reputable employers through the support and guidance of the Graham Office of Career Management.
