The Gatton College of Business and Economics is offering a project management learning series that has been designed by project managers for project managers, to not only provide a solid foundation in both traditional/prescriptive project management and agile methodologies, but also equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and techniques to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Exam. The Project Management Professional Learning Series will consist of three offerings which together meet the 35 educational hours requirement to sit for the PMP ® exam.
The series will be held every Thursday evening in-person from 6:00pm - 9:00pm with five (5) sessions for Fundamental Project Management and five (5) sessions for Agile Project Management for a total of ten (10) three-hour sessions for the entire series.**Sign up for both series and receive the PMP ® Exam Prep at no charge.
Instructors:
Kellie McDermott, PMP®, DASSM®, has more than 12 years of experience providing training management, instructional design, and facilitation services. She is certified as a trainer through the Project Management Institute's Train the Trainer Program and is passionate about teaching others about project management best practices.
Cory Camic, PMP®, DASSM®, has over 20 years of experience in the training and consulting industry, with proven ingenuity in the areas of team development and management, as well as leveraging solutions-based project management techniques to increase project success.
