University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics presented the fourth annual Commonwealth Supply Chain Innovation Award, sponsored by SAS, to John Lindsey, supply chain manager for R.J. Corman Material Sales in Nicholasville, Kentucky. The presentation ceremony was held during Thursday’s eighth annual Supply Chain Forum, held in the Woodford Reserve Club at Kroger Field.

The CFA Research Challenge Team won the 10th Annual CFA Society Louisville Research Challenge held on February 7, 2018 against a field of local colleges such as University of Louisville and Indiana. The team consists of Gatton students: Joseph Back, Camden Booker, Tyler Harris and Kevin Short. The team was also assisted by industry mentor Jeff Thomison. The team will next compete at the CFA Americas (winning teams from other CFA chapters in North and South America) in Boston, MA on March 19-20, 2018.
