Thomas Lyttelton is an assistant professor of management at the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics. He studies how the informal dimensions of organizations shape careers, firms and inequality. He has written papers on network hiring, partisan politics in the workplace, and the intergenerational reproduction of managers and his work has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly, American Journal of Sociology and American Sociological Review.
