Shelby Bailey is a Computer Support Specialist with a passion for learning and a curiosity that spans all areas of technology. After earning her bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Eastern Kentucky University, she began her career in IT support with KATE at Murray State University—an experience that sparked her love for helping others navigate tech with confidence.
Driven to deepen her expertise, Shelby went on to earn a master's degree in information system security from Murray. Now, as part of the Gatton Technology Center, she’s committed to being a reliable, approachable resource wherever support is needed most. Her goal is to make technology feel simple, seamless, and stress-free for every user she helps.
