Shane Hadden is a 30 year veteran of global financial innovation. He has structured and executed over $20 billion of innovative financial transactions across five continents. He has created new products in most finance sectors, technologies and risk classes including investment banking, insurance, structured credit, cross-border finance, alternative lending, digital assets, commodities, payments and wealth management. He has demoed at Finovate, spoken at Money 2020 and taught corporate finance, venture finance and financial technology for more than ten years. Hadden holds a CFA, JD/MBA from Georgetown University and is a Ph.D. candidate in finance at the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics.
