Rebecca was appointed Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, Global Business Solutions for ExxonMobil on June 17, 2024. She leads Procurement for Upstream, Product Solutions and all corporate functions. In her role, she oversees sourcing, acquisitions, supply chain, and payment activities for goods and services around the world.

Prior to joining ExxonMobil, Rebecca had a storied 30-year career in the automotive industry. Most recently, she was Sr. Vice President, Procurement and Strategic Sourcing Partnerships at Bridgestone Americas. Previously, Rebecca worked for Nissan North America where she held various leadership posts including Vice President of Purchasing and Vice President, Corporate Development and Social Responsibility. Rebecca began her career at Toyota - serving 22 years in positions of increasing responsibility - including Parts, Materials, Facilities and Strategy.

She holds a bachelor degree in business management from the University of Kentucky. In 2017, Rebecca received the Nashville Business Journal's Women of Influence Award in the corporate executive category. Additionally, she has served on many boards including the Bridgestone Trust, Nissan Foundation, Kentucky Minority Supplier Development Council, Girl Scout Council as well as numerous community organizations.

A Kentucky-native-turned Texan, Rebecca resides with her husband in The Woodlands, Texas. The couple has two adult sons. An avid runner, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and living near Houston, the second-most diverse city in the U.S.
