Paul Wong is an assistant professor of accounting at the Von Allmen School of Accounting at the Gatton College of Business and Economics. Prior to joining the school, Wong was an assistant professor at the University of California, Davis and received his Ph.D. in accounting from Texas A&M University in 2015.

Wong’s research interests relate to the preparation and use of financial reports, including the financial reporting of nonprofit organizations and tax-exempt entities as well as research on financial research analysts. His work has been published in the Journal of Accounting and Economics, Review of Accounting Studies, Contemporary Accounting Research, Management Science, Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory, Journal of Corporate Finance and Journal of Accounting; Auditing & Finance.
