Michael Johnston (MJ) is a seasoned sales and leadership development expert with over 30 years of experience driving growth and performance for top companies. With a proven track record of designing and implementing high-impact sales training and enablement programs, he has a deep understanding of the sales process and the skills needed to succeed.

MJ has held sales leadership and training roles at prominent companies such as Walmart, Chicago Tribune, Symantec, AT&T, NCR, and Raytheon, where he successfully developed and executed strategies to boost sales revenue, reduce ramp-up time, and enhance sales team performance. He has a passion for sharing knowledge and has extensive experience as an adjunct faculty member, teaching courses in digital marketing, e-business, sales and technology management.

MJ's expertise spans various sales methodologies, including Challenger Sale, Consultative Selling, and SPIN Selling. MJ is skilled in leveraging technology to optimize sales processes and has a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

He earned a MS in Technology Management from Pepperdine University and MBA from Rochester Instituted of Technology. MJ brings a wealth of real-world experience and a commitment to student success to the classroom.
