Prior to joining the University of Kentucky as the Director of the MSACC program, Professor Smigla completed his professional experience in accounting with Barnes Sally & Co. CPAs and Arthur Young and Co., now Ernst & Young. He previously served as an Associate Professor of Accounting at Robert Morris University and Myers University, and also the Chair of the Accounting Department and Director of Graduate Studies at Myers University. Professor Smigla maintains an active CPA license in the State of Pennsylvania.
