Bradley A. Phipps is a PhD Student at the University of Kentucky. He earned his BS with Honors in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management from Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis. Prior to joining the University of Kentucky, he worked for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigating employment discrimination cases. He also served his community as a firefighter and emergency medical technician for nearly 10 years.
