Andy Chopra is a real estate investor and operator with more than 15 years of experience in private equity, acquisitions, asset management and value creation with a particular focus on the hospitality sector. Throughout his career, Andy has led the acquisition, repositioning and management of hotel and mixed-use assets, specializing in opportunistic investments where market dislocation, capital constraints or operational inefficiencies create attractive risk-adjusted returns. His experience spans transaction sourcing, underwriting, capital structuring, investor relations and strategic asset management. Andy is also a co-founder of Khelo and has been involved in entrepreneurial ventures beyond real estate. Based in Atlanta, Andy is a husband and father of two. Outside of work, he enjoys international travel, architecture and design, and exploring new places with his family.
