Allan J. Zachariah, CPA, is co-founder and co-chairman of Pathstone, a comprehensive wealth advisory firm. He has over 44 years of experience as an advisor to families of significant wealth and is a frequent speaker on wealth transfer techniques and family office structures. Zachariah served as executive managing director then co-CEO of the firm. Before he founded Pathstone, Allan was a managing director of Harris myCFO, where he played a key role in growing the firm’s East Coast presence, becoming co-managing director of East Coast operations in 2007. He also has held senior estate planning roles at Grant Thornton and BDO Seidman. Allan began his career as an accountant with the Louisville office of Arthur Andersen. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Georgia Society of CPAs, the Board of Governors for the Buckhead Club, the National Board of Governors of the American Jewish Committee, the Jewish National Fund’s Atlanta Board of Trustees, and the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics Dean’s Advisory Council.
