Neal is an audit partner in the Louisville office of EY. Neal started his career at EY as an intern in 1998 and then was hired on full time in January 1999, after graduating from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics in December 1998 with a degree in accounting. Neal credits the success he has had over the year to the skills and preparation that the Von Allmen School of Accountancy provided to him. Neal has over 22 years of experience serving a broad spectrum of both public and private entities with domestic and international operations. Neal has served clients in various industries including retail & consumer products, professional services, manufacturing, public utilities, gaming and hospitality, automotive suppliers, transportation and healthcare.
In addition to serving clients, Neal also leads the Louisville office’s annual Metro United Way Campaign, campus recruiting efforts and is a program director for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Program™. Neal was named one of Louisville Business First “40 Under 40” in 2014 and a “Person to Watch in Healthcare” by Louisville Business First in 2013.
