Born and raised in Versailles, Kentucky, Joseph Back has spent his career building real estate and small business ventures across the Bluegrass region. He is the founder and CEO of Rapid Fire Home Buyers, an Inc. 5000 real estate investment company operating across Kentucky, Ohio, Alabama, and Georgia, closing thousands of transactions and building a team focused on disciplined, values driven growth. He is also a partner in Evergreen Capital Fund, LLC, a private lending fund that provides first lien bridge loans to real estate investors and raises capital from accredited investors across the Southeast and Midwest. Joseph owns a growing portfolio of commercial real estate throughout Central Kentucky, including office, retail, and industrial properties. Through acquisition, Joseph is also a partner in Re-Bath of Kentucky, a bathroom remodeling franchise, and he is an active investor in several other small businesses in the local community. Passionate about real estate, entrepreneurship, and giving back to the community that raised him, Joseph is excited to bring his experience in acquisitions, lending, and operations to the University of Kentucky Center for Real Estate Advisory Board.
