Jarrod Winn is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at The Fischer Group, where he supports talent strategy and the growth of the organization. He has more than 13 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and IT consulting. He began recruiting students from the University of Kentucky in 2016 and has been actively involved in Fischer Homes’ UK recruiting efforts since 2024. His work includes full-cycle recruiting, university partnerships, and building talent pipelines through a range of sourcing channels. Jarrod is focused on helping Fischer Homes and The Fischer Group find and hire the people they need to grow. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Miami University.
