Hayley Hollenberg is the Associate Director of Employer Engagement & Outreach for the Graham Office of Career Management at the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business & Economics. She partners with employers to create meaningful recruiting opportunities while helping students discover careers that align with their interests, strengths, and goals. Hayley serves as the primary point of contact for employers looking to engage with Gatton talent.
Passionate about expanding students' understanding of what's possible after graduation, Hayley works to connect students with opportunities, employers, and industries they may not have otherwise considered. Whether she's cultivating employer partnerships, launching new programs, or organizing large-scale events, she is driven by the belief that exposure creates opportunity.
Before joining the Graham Office, Hayley worked in college admissions and enrollment management. She holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University Bloomington and a master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University.
