I have held various local, regional and national finance roles for Pulte Homes and Richmond American Homes and have been a division or Regional Homebuilding President for Richmond American Homes, Neumann Homes, Lennar Homes, Drees Homes, Oakwood Homes, Southern Land Company, Lokal Homes (COO), Ashton Woods Homes and Fischer Homes in Phoenix, Denver, Delaware Valley, Cincinnati/NKY, Indianapolis, Northern Virginia, Nashville and Louisville as well as run Land DEvelopment Companies for Pulte Homes and Southern Land Company in Denver, Austin and Nashville.
