Carson Baughman, is a native Lexingtonian and is responsible for leading development and re-development activities for the company as Director of Development. He has led the planning and execution of several new construction multi-family communities, renovations of existing communities, and office. He is currently co-leading the planning, design, and execution of Hamburg East, a 100-acre mixed-use development in Lexington, KY. Carson is a consummate learner and excels in providing creative, practical, and cost-effective solutions with a genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with stakeholders. He is passionate about infill and re-development and serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity. Carson earned his Master of Real Estate Development from Auburn University, where he is on the alumni council, and bachelor’s degrees in economics and Spanish literature from Transylvania University.
