Brad is a senior real estate executive with over a decade of leadership experience driving growth, capital formation, and operational excellence. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, an M.B.A. from Xavier University, and completed a two-year leadership program at Columbia University. Brad began his career at a boutique investment advisory firm, where he underwrote alternative investments. Recognizing his passion for real estate, he joined Andover in 2012. Early in his tenure, he held roles across leasing, property management, and financial analysis, developing a comprehensive understanding of the business before being named Chief Financial Officer in 2015. As CFO, Brad played a pivotal role in Andover’s expansion and strategic growth. He oversaw the financial health of the firm’s portfolio of companies, investor relations, debt and equity placement, and business development initiatives. Brad became a partner of Andover in 2019 and was named CEO in 2026. He also serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. Outside of work, Brad lives in Lexington, Kentucky with his wife and three children and is actively involved in his community.
