Bob Beckstedt is a Senior Vice President in JLL's Chicago office. An expert in both retail and office transactions, he provides brokerage, market analysis, property valuation and portfolio management services for his clients. He brings over 20 years of experience advising corporate clients on strategic real estate planning, delivering scalable, flexible solutions that drive significant cost savings and avoidance. Bob Joined JLL in 2003. Since that time, he has completed in excess of 900 transactions across the United States, on behalf of a wide variety of clients. He currently serves as Master Broker for a top 20 financial institution. Bob's experience includes office/retail/healthcare transactions, consolidations, portfolio planning, and managing strategic alliances. His extensive client portfolio includes prestigious organizations such as KeyBank, Xerox, Bank of America, UnitedHealth Group, and Microsoft. Bob received his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He is actively involved in the Chicago real estate community and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
