Ann serves as the tax director for the Bowling Green and Nashville offices. She has more than 30 years of experience, providing planning and compliance services to individual and business clients in the areas of transaction structuring, estate and business succession planning and IRS representation.
She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a member and past president of the Southern Kentucky Estate Planning Council.
Ann serves on the board of directors of the Bowling Green Area Economic Development Authority, Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the University of Kentucky School of Accountancy Advisory Council. She is a two-time past chairman of the board of directors for United Way of Southern Kentucky and currently serves as major gifts chair and member of the board of directors. Ann is also a member of the Christ Episcopal Church finance committee.
She is a 1988 graduate of the University of Kentucky, Lexington, with a B.S. degree in accounting.
