Do not add gratuity on the total bill which might include rental and/or staffing charges.

**Sometimes a caterer will already add in a 20% Service Fee. If that is the case, you do not have to add a gratuity.

Restaurants or Hotel Meals

Make sure to check out the entire bill, sometimes a large group already has a 20% service fee included which then means you do not have to add in extra gratuity.

Restaurant Delivery

10%
of total bill

If they do a great job (go above and beyond!) - increase it to 15% of total bill.

Restaurant Pick up – no tip.

Shuttle / Group Transportation

$1.00 per person/per day

Example: 48-person shuttle going multiple places for the day. $48 total for the day, not for each trip.
