The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management will teach students to effectively manage change, motivate employees, coordinate projects and direct organizations. You'll help companies create a competitive advantage through expertise in human resource management, business strategy, leadership, small business and international management, teamwork and negotiations.
To earn the Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management, students in the Gatton College of Business & Economics must fulfill University Studies requirements, the College pre-major and major requirements, and College core requirements. Students must complete the pre-major courses for accounting majors and at least 21 credit hours of upper-division coursework from Gatton College. This degree requires a minimum 120 semester hours.
