Gatton Leadership Week is a celebration of student leadership and professional growth, offering engaging events that connect undergraduate students with resources, organizations and skills to teach them how to thrive in their careers and communities.


January 27th | 3:30 PM - 5 PM | Woodward Hall Gatton Across Borders

A global readiness event designed for Gatton students preparing to study abroad or exploring international programs.  

Features panel with recent Gatton students sharing EA experiences in 3 different global regions and provides insights to help students choose a study abroad experience they can thrive in. Light refreshments provided. 


January 28th | 5 - 7 PM | 339 & Woodward Hall Leadership Showcase

The Leadership Showcase will highlight the many selective leadership programs, internship experiences and student organizations available within the Gatton College. Students can explore opportunities such as Women Business Leaders, Gatton Ambassadors, Graham Interns, Special Events Interns, ConnectFirst and more, all designed to build professional skills and support meaningful leadership development. It’s a one-stop introduction to the programs that help Gatton students grow, get involved and lead with confidence.

Features a tabling and networking portion with all selective programs and opportunities and Gatton student organizations.


January 29th | 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM | Venture Studio On the Go: Education Abroad Advising Pop-Up

Studying or interning abroad is an excellent way to build leadership skills. Stop by to chat one on one with an advisor about education abroad programs, funding options, course planning, application processes, and more.


January 30th | 10 AM – 3:30 PM | Woodward, 311, 399, & 330 Level Up Leadership Summit

The Level Up Leadership Summit is a one-day mini-conference designed to elevate students’ leadership and career readiness through this year’s theme: Master the Basics. Lead the Future. With sessions focused on foundational leadership skills, emerging workplace tools, networking, personal branding and more, the summit equips both aspiring and experienced student leaders with practical, future-focused strategies.

The day will feature interactive workshops, a networking lunch, a professional headshot station and a closing resource fair, all to help students lead with confidence now and in the years ahead.
