Ivey graduated from Asbury University with a BA in Intercultural Studies and a BA in Ancient Languages. She also studied abroad at Korea University in Seoul, South Korea. Before arriving to the Department of Marketing, she worked as the Writing Center Coordinator at Bluegrass Community & Technical College.
