Edward S. Barr is Founder and President of E.S. Barr & Company, a registered investment advisor founded in September 1992 with approximately $1.6 billion in assets under management. Ed is also Founder and Managing Member of Sandfly Management Partners LLC, the General Partner of Sandfly Partners Ltd., a hedge fund founded in 2000. Since 2005, Ed has served as Chairman of the Triangle Foundation, the philanthropic organization that built Triangle Park, Thoroughbred Park, and more recently the one and a half times life size statue of Secretariat on Old Frankfort Pike. Ed graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Kentucky in 1981.
