The Blue Means Business Conference is Gatton’s signature two-day experience designed to strengthen connections between employers, students and college leadership. Through this conference, you'll be able to connect with students, build relationships and see the business talent that's being developed here at Gatton.
On day one, Gatton will transform into a live-learning lab for career readiness. You’ll have the opportunity to lead breakout sessions, host a showcase table and connect with students interested in your industry and company culture. The day will wrap up with casual outdoor activities, allowing you to meet standout talent and future hires in a relaxed environment.
Day two is designed especially for our employer partners. Join Gatton leadership and faculty for peer-led panel discussions and strategy sessions focused on recruitment, talent development and growing partnerships. You’ll also hear directly from students during the intern panel and leave with practical ideas to strengthen your hiring pipeline and grow your engagement at Gatton.
