What is the Blue Means Business Conference?

The Blue Means Business Conference is Gatton’s biggest networking event - where business education meets bold career opportunity. The conference will bring students, employers and Gatton faculty together for two days of recruiting and networking.



Choose your path to get started:

For Students

On May 12, students will learn how to conference like a pro through interactive sessions, employer showcases and networking opportunities. Throughout the day, students will create meaningful connections with our employer partners through one-on-one interactions in casual networking environments as well as career-fair- style networking.

For Employers

On day one, employers will get a firsthand look at fresh Gatton talent and engage with students in casual networking environments. On day two, employers will meet with Gatton leadership and faculty and learn how to deepen their recruiting pipeline with Gatton. These experiences help build strong connections with talent and open doors to future opportunities.
