The Blue Means Business Conference is Gatton’s biggest networking event - where business education meets bold career opportunity. The conference will bring students, employers and Gatton faculty together for two days of recruiting and networking.
The conference helps students connect and network with employers through purposeful conversations and relationship-building.
Students become ready for their careers by learning what hiring processes look like and how to navigate them with confidence.
This conference provides exposure to professional conference norms such as introductions, employer conversations, and follow-ups so students are prepared to attend and succeed at industry conferences later in their careers.
On May 12, students will learn how to conference like a pro through interactive sessions, employer showcases and networking opportunities. Throughout the day, students will create meaningful connections with our employer partners through one-on-one interactions in casual networking environments as well as career-fair- style networking.
