Ajay Mehra Ph.D.
I am a professor in the Gatton College of Business and a board member of LINKS, a center for social network analysis ( www.linkscenter.org). My research focuses on the role of psychology in the perception and construction of social networks in the workplace. I have done consulting work with a range of business organizations, both here in the U.S. and overseas, to help them see how emergent social networks shape innovation and employee well-being. I have served on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, and the British Journal of Management. I am passionate about dogs and rock climbing.
