Dr. Edens is the Director of Undergraduate Studies and a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at the University of Kentucky. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration - Management (Strategy) from the University of Kentucky, his MBA from the University of Kentucky, and his BA from Transylvania University (majors in Biology and Business Administration with a minor in Chemistry). He has taught multiple courses in the Management undergraduate program, as well as courses in the MBA, MS-SHRMA, and Master of Health Administration (College of Public Health) programs. He has extensive experience in creating and teaching new undergraduate and graduate courses in hybrid, synchronous online, asynchronous online, and in-person modalities.
