Andrew Jonelis, an Economics Ph.D. student, recently had a paper on which he was a co-author cited in the Finanical Times.  The paper, on African government debt, was written while Andrew was an intern an the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the summer of 2016.

More often than not, poor crop production isn’t due to a farmer’s lack of effort or their piece of land, but because of the weather. And although weather technology has evolved over time, the improbability of predicting precise weather conditions has plagued many farmers.
