Professors Davis and Patel Honored with UK Outstanding Teaching Awards

Two Gatton College of Business and Economics faculty members were honored with the 2021 University of Kentucky Outstanding Teaching Awards at a Faculty Awards Ceremony held on September 30. The awards were presented to Olivia N. Davis, lecturer at the University of Kentucky Von Allmen School of Accountancy, and Darshak Patel, senior lecturer of economics and the director of undergraduate studies at the Gatton College.

Childress and Clark Contribute to Book on COVID-19 Pandemic Communication

Research Associate Michael T. Childress and Associate Professor Michael W. Clark  join 43 other authors to develop a new book, “Communicating Science in Times of Crisis: COVID-19 Pandemic." It is a first volume in a new series about the study of science communication in times of crisis and features research and analysis from University of Kentucky faculty.  See WUKY story for more details.
