Graduates apply critical and creative thinking skills to identify and address complex work-related problems and apply quantitative, financial, data, and technical fluency and demonstrate cultural competence. Graduates make reasoned, ethical decisions about work-based situations or problems. Graduates act equitably and with integrity and honesty, with a strong sense of fairness and respect for individuals, groups, and broadly diverse communities.

Graduates establish priorities and manage their time to meet the obligations of work assignments with minimal supervision or direction. They carry out their responsibilities consistently, persistently, and reliably. Graduates take responsibility for their actions and the consequences that accompany them.

Graduates adopt new technologies and strategies for working more effectively, analyzing work-based situations, and making decisions by engaging in formal and informal professional learning opportunities continually and actively apply learning to work.
