Project Connect Internship
The cornerstone of the One Year MBA is the unique internship program called Project Connect. For 32 weeks, student teams are paired with companies to work on projects of importance to the companies and focus on core business processes such as data analytics, marketing research, growth strategies, supply chain management, logistics and operations.
Professional Development & Concentration
Students will have the opportunity to earn complete workshops in Project Management as well as Global Commerce and Strategy, and earn their Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma certification. Candidates also have the opportunity to take entrepreneurship electives or obtain the full concentration in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation.
The Gatton College of Business and Economics has partnered with the Colleges of Engineering, Law, Medicine and Arts & Sciences at the University of Kentucky to offer dual degree programs, coupled with the One Year MBA, which offer highly specialized employment opportunities for our graduates.
