Kyuyoung ("Kyu") Oh is a Ph.D. candidate in Finance at the University of Kentucky, and he will be in the 2023-2024 job market. His primary research interests revolve around empirical corporate finance with a particular focus on firm debt structure decisions, such as the impact of hedging on the choice between secured and unsecured debt and how stock price informativeness affects corporate debt heterogeneity. Additionally, his passion for teaching was recognized by the nomination for the Gatton Teaching Excellence Award.
