Adam is a Managing Director at Tract Capital, where he focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments across the digital infrastructure sector. Previously, as Chief Strategy Officer at FlexCare Infusion Centers, he led multiple strategic initiatives and played a pivotal role in the company’s acquisition by Optum/UnitedHealth Group. Prior to his operational tenure at FlexCare, Adam was a private equity investor at RC Capital, leading investments in technology and healthcare services platforms. His background also includes investment banking at DH Capital, where he advised founder-led and sponsor-backed data center platforms on M&A and capital raising. Adam began his career as an investment analyst at Bloomberg LP and Fidelity Investments. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Kentucky, where he was a member of the men's soccer team.
