Network analysis has been adopted to address challenges in a wide range of disciplines, including business. But despite its potential in research, most researchers have a superficial understanding of the underpinnings of network analysis. In his talk, Dr. Steve Borgatti will discuss how network theorists approach research challenges. He will contrast network theorizing with approaches used in other fields and explore the underlying mechanisms used by network theorists.
