Gatton Leadership Week is a celebration of student leadership and professional growth, offering engaging events that connect undergraduate students with resources, organizations and skills to teach them how to thrive in their careers and communities.
Students can receive professional attire from the Wildcat Wardrobe for free. Attire will help them dress professionally for interviews or leadership roles. Additionally, there will be a help desk that where students can ask attire- and career-related questions and receive styling guides.
The Leadership Showcase will highlight the many selective leadership programs, internship experiences and student organizations available within the Gatton College. Students can explore opportunities such as Women Business Leaders, Gatton Ambassadors, Graham Interns, Special Events Interns, ConnectFirst and more, all designed to build professional skills and support meaningful leadership development. It’s a one-stop introduction to the programs that help Gatton students grow, get involved and lead with confidence.
The Level Up Leadership Summit is a one-day, high-impact event designed to strengthen students’ leadership and career-readiness skills through this year’s theme: Back to the Basics – Revisiting the Fundamentals & Leading Forward.
Through sessions on core leadership principles, modern workplace tools, networking, personal branding, salary negotiation and more, the summit equips both emerging and experienced student leaders with practical strategies they can use right away.
The day includes interactive workshops, a networking lunch, professional headshots and a closing resource fair — all created to help students lead with confidence now and in the years ahead.
