Additionally, there will be four panels with industry leaders discussing their experiences transforming their supply chains with data science and digitalization.

Hosted by the Don and Cathy Jacobs Executive Education Center and title sponsor, SAS, the 2023 forum brings together national-caliber supply chain leaders who are practitioners, academics, and consultants. The event allows businesses to share their supply chain initiatives with each other and engage with Master of Supply Chain Management (MSSCM) and MBA students working on supply chain improvement projects. These projects will be discussed during a session featuring MSSCM graduates and Project Connect Teams

“Beyond the recent focus on global supply chain disruptions, more large and small businesses are making strategic supply chain investments to innovate and stay competitive,” Simon Sheather, dean of Gatton College, said. “There has never been a better time to thrive as supply chain professionals than right now."

The program will also include the presentation of the eighth annual Commonwealth Supply Chain Innovation Award. Presented by Jake Barr, the award honors organizations that have demonstrated operational excellence in supply chain management.

Past honorees include Lexmark International, R.J. Corman, Toyota Motor North America, Escalade Sports, and SCIP.

Registration is required by March 21, 2013 and can be completed online. The early bird deadline is January 31.

Participants who have graduated from college within the past ten years may enter to win two tickets to a UK Football game including a parking pass.  You do not have to be a UK graduate to be eligible.
