As a partner with the Financial Services & Products Group, Rosemarie leads Alston & Bird’s REITs and Real Estate Funds Team. She also serves on the firm’s Management Committee. She represents real estate companies. underwriters, real estate funds, and investment managers in public securities offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and ongoing securities law compliance. 

Rosemarie is a frequent speaker at national conferences on legal issues relevant to the REIT and alternative investment fund industry. She is listed in Georgia’s Top Rated Lawyers, which recognizes attorneys who have been awarded Martindale-Hubbell®’s ranking of AV Preeminent®, its highest peer rating standard. She is the recipient of the 2016 "Outstanding Service Award" from the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives, and GlobeSt.com's 2019 Women of Influence in Commercial Real Estate award for Legal Counsel of the Year.

Rosemarie is a member of the Gatton College Dean’s Advisory Council.
