Jane W. Kincaid is the former vice chairman of the board of Central Bank & Trust Co. in Lexington. She was a member of the bank’s board since 1984 and vice chairman since 1994. Ms. Kincaid served on numerous boards, including Central Bank, FSB and Central Bancshares, Inc., Central Bank of Jefferson County and Salt Lick Deposit Bank. She was also a director of Mid-State Financial Corporation and a trustee of the Kincaid Foundation in Lexington.
