Community in Gatton

Gatton offers a number of programs and opportunities to build and grow a diverse and inclusive student, faculty and staff community.

Women Business Leaders

Since 2012, Gatton’s Women Business Leaders program has connected undergraduates with prominent female business leaders from our local community and beyond. For participants, the mentor/mentee relationship is about much more than business advice. It’s a lasting connection that gives young leaders the confidence they need to enter the corporate world.
