There is one lesson University of Kentucky alumnus A.J. Hochhalter has learned in his career as a Lexington-based film producer and composer that sticks out more than anything else.
"You're never going to do anything great when you're comfortable," Hochhalter said.
That philosophy, which he believes began while he was a UK student, launched his career as a music composer.

t's clear that UK football wide receiver Charles Walker is guided by an unbridled work ethic. After beginning his college career as a walk-on, the Louisville native earned a scholarship last fall.

But that work ethic doesn’t end on the football field. Walker is currently working towards a double major in finance and marketing in the Gatton College of Business and Economics, earning multiple spots on the SEC Academic Honor Roll along the way.
