Nicolina Taylor Ph.D
Post-Doctoral Researcher
Nicolina earned her Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2022. She also holds a Master of Science degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University. Nicolina is currently a post-doctoral researcher in the department of management working on a grant from the Department of Defense researching the impact of social ostracism in the military. Her research interests include emotional labor, identity, and mistreatment.
