TaeJin Hwang
Lecturer
TaeJin ‘TJ’ Hwang earned his PhD in Management from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis in 2021. His research interests include team adaptation to member change and team members’ experience and expressions of emotions. TJ has taught Introduction to Management and Leadership courses at Miami University before joining the University of Kentucky. TJ is also interested in teaching Negotiation courses. TJ has a B.S. in Economics and an M.S. in Management from Seoul National University in South Korea.
