In this course, you'll discover proven strategies and hands-on tools for achieving successful project outcomes, consistently meeting deadlines, and managing costs effectively. This course is ideal for new project managers aiming to grasp fundamental concepts, experienced managers seeking to sharpen their skills, "accidental" project managers looking for guidance and/or anyone who aspires to be a project manager.

The next Project Management Professional Learning Series will be offered in-person starting October 30th from 6:00pm - 9:00pm with five (5) sessions for Fundamental Project Management and five (5) sessions for Agile Project Management for a total of ten (10) three-hour sessions for the entire series. Classes meet once per week.

This series provides participants with a strong foundation in project management essentials and introduces best practices applicable across various industries and organizations.
